1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Castcrew workforce management and scheduling platform (the "System"), you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the System.

2. System Operations and Allocation Rules

2.1 Workforce Allocation

Castcrew automatically determines the optimal number of employees required for each task based on employee availability, pending workload, budget constraints, and utilization targets.

2.2 Team Composition and Driver Requirement

Each assigned team must include at least one employee registered as having valid driving skills.

2.3 Task Prioritization

Tasks labeled with an "Arrival Status" are assigned the highest scheduling priority.

2.4 Schedule Generation and Re-Optimization

Schedules are generated automatically. If a new task is added before a schedule is finalized, the System will regenerate an optimized schedule.

2.5 Working Hours Compliance

The System enforces a maximum of 12 working hours per day per employee, in compliance with Finnish labor standards.

3. System Authority and Finality

All task assignments and schedules are the outcome of automated, rule-based optimization and are deemed final for operational purposes.

4. Modifications to System Rules

Castcrew reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

• Service Delivery (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide, manage, and deliver our cleaning services, including processing and confirming bookings.
• Payments (Art. 6(1)(b)): To process transactions, issue invoices, and manage billing securely.
• Communications (Art. 6(1)(b)): To send booking confirmations, receipts, service updates, and respond to your enquiries.
• Legal Compliance (Art. 6(1)(c)): To fulfil our obligations under applicable tax, accounting, employment, and regulatory law.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Role-based access control, limiting data access to authorised personnel only.

Where our services involve geolocation tracking, such data is collected only where explicit consent has been obtained or where strictly necessary for the performance of your service agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary in accordance with the storage limitation principle (Article 5(1)(e) GDPR). Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. Non-essential cookies are only stored with your prior consent.

9. International Data Transfers

We primarily store and process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where transfers to third countries are necessary, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c)) or Adequacy Decisions (Art. 45).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
